ANZ reduces Asia trade finance as profit growth slows

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) is reducing its trade finance business in Asia in a bid to protect margins and boost returns. The lender reported its slowest growth since 2008 as net loans fell by 1% in the six months ending 3 September.
