Japan to fund third stage of Sri Lanka's Central Expressway

An $883 million funding package from Japan will partially fund the third stage of Sri Lanka’s Central Expressway project. The EPC contract has been awarded to Taisei Corporation and involves construction of a 32.5km stretch of road between Pothuhera with Galagedara.
