Green Fuel puts $1bn ethanol expansion plans on hold

The joint venture of Green Fuel, Macdom and Zimbabwe's Agricultural and Rural  Development Authority (ARDA) has temporarily halted plans for the expansion of its bioethanol plant and sugarcane production as raising $300 million to build the Kondo dam has proved difficult.
