Petrobras, BNDES partner to buy carbon credits in Amazon region

Brazil's state-run oil firm Petrobras and the country's development bank BNDES have partnered to create a programme to finance forest restoration initiatives in the Amazon region.Under the ProFloresta+ programme, Petrobras will launch tenders to buy carbon credits from restoration projects....
