Oxan wins Estonian auction for Saare 1

Estonia’s Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (CPTRA) has selected Oxan Energy as the winner of the auction of Saare 1. Oxan Energy and its partner SNOW can begin the development of an offshore wind farm in the Saare area, which is located 60km west of Saaremaa Island....
