Namibia delays funding for rail projects

Namibia has moved funding allocated for railways in its 2024 budget to other projects. NAD2.1 billion ($119 million) will be reallocated due to low execution rates on capital projects. For the 2024/25 financial year, the government initially allocated NAD2.5 billion towards railway...
