Japanese consortium acquires majority interest in Irish wind portfolio

The Shamrock consortium of Kepco, Mitsubishi, MUFG and Sojitz has bought a 60% stake in a 223MW portfolio of four operational projects and one currently under development. Local firm Invis Energy is the vendor of the projects located in the southwest of Ireland.
