Toshiba agrees to pay $2.2bn for Westinghouse problems at Summer

Toshiba has agreed to pay South Carolina Electric & Gas $1.192 billion and state-owned utility Santee Cooper $976 million compensation for problems at the Summer nuclear project in South Carolina following  Westinghouse's Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
