South Korea names new trade minister

Kim Hyun-chong, a former top envoy who negotiated a free trade agreement (FTA) with the US, has been named as South Korea's new minister for trade at a time when Washington is seeking to amend the deal. US President Donald Trump has criticised the FTA with Korea and said he might scrap it.
