Louis Dreyfus sells African fertilizer business to Helios

Amsterdam-headquartered Louis Dreyfus Company is selling its African fertilizer business, Fertilizers and Inputs Holding, to Helios Investment Partners. It is the first of a series of divestments as Louis Dreyfus responds to a tough cycle for agricultural commodity traders.
