Olam Agri secures $2bn bridge financing

Olam Agri has secured a $2 billion bridge financing facility.The deal has Olam Global Agri Treasury as borrower and is guaranteed by Olam Group. DBS Bank, Citibank, MUFG and HSBC participated as senior MLAs for the facilities. HSBC is the facility agent.  The 18-month facility will be used to...
