K-Sure to finance Verizon network construction

Korea Trade Insurance Corp will provide $1.2 billion (KRW1.7 trillion) for a network construction project by US-based mobile carrier Verizon. Samsung Electronics has signed a contract with Verizon to supply 5G network equipment worth about KRW8 trillion.
