Development banks 'failing in fight against climate change'

Development banks are neglecting the fight against climate change by backing fossil-fuel projects in developing countries, US eco-group Sierra Club said. The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency is among the worst performers when it comes to promoting fossil fuels, it was claimed.
