Vietnam eyes expressway PPP

On 14 June Vietnam's Quang Tri provincial People's Committee submitted the Cam Lo-Lao Bao expressway PPP project proposal to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh for approval. The total project cost is around D7.7 trillion ($335.8 million), and is part of the the country's 4,000km expressway...
