US Ex-Im reauthorisation pushed back despite bi-partizan agreement

Despite consensus to reauthorise US Exim Bank in Congress, the Senate, and from the White House, due to further deliberations over the transportation funding bill (which the reauthorisation is tied to), further delays are expected until 4th December at the earliest.
