MSC closes SACE-backed cruise ship financing

MSC Cruises has signed a €1.5 billion ($1.7 billion) ECA-backed loan to finance the construction of two Seaside EVO cruise ships from Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri. The deal, which closed at the end of July, comprises a SACE wrapped credit line with a syndicate of banks including MLAs...
