Fintech boom could cause massive job losses

As many as 30% of workers in the American banking industry could lose their jobs over the next ten years as a result of the fintech start-up boom. Citigroup said that the number of employees at American banks would drop to 1.8 million in 2025, down from 2.6 million last year.
