CVE Chile raises 17-year loan for solar projects

France-based Cap Vert Energie, via local subsidiary CVE Chile, has signed a $37 million 17-year financing to fund development of eleven 3MW solar projects in Chile. Sole lender Banco Security is providing a $29.5 million senior loan and a $7.5 million VAT facility. CVE Chile was advised by Deloitte...
