TXF Americas 2022: Structured Trade & Export Finance

Hybrid Event: Miami & Online (Conducted in English)
Mar 8 - Mar 9, 2022

It's been away for far too long TXF Americas 2022: Structured Trade & Export Finance is back in-person and returns in all it's glory to sunny Miami for the first time in over 2 years on 8-9 March, and this time with a hybrid element.

We will continue to innovate in the virtual space, using the wonderful world of hybrid events to offer guests unlimited access to online content and networking. Deal makers from across the globe are already lining up to save their spot. Topics up for debate include:

  • ESGs and Energy transition - moving forward
  • Evolution of ECA products in the region - increasing flexibility and innovation
  • Identifying who's filling the finance gap (DFIs, ECAs, Alternative Financiers) - availability of new financing products
  • Updates on recovery focused programmes in key LatAm Countries

Whilst we are so excited to return in person, the safety of our guests remains paramount. Please rest assured that we will monitor the global situation as it changes and respond with appropriate measures.

Travel & Safety

Travel & Safety

Updated on 10.01.22 – please note this page is subject to change and we recommend you check this page regularly for updates.

Travel

We strongly recommend that you check the travel requirements for entering the United States before you travel. Please refer to the CDC’s website here for the most up to date information.

Safety

Our attendees’ safety is our primary concern, and we are working closely with the hotel and following government guidance to ensure a smooth and safe event.

In addition to following the latest government guidelines, all attendees will have to provide proof of their vaccination status or evidence of a negative antigen test to enter the event.

Vaccinated attendees

Attendees are required to demonstrate a valid vaccination record either in physical paper form or a photograph of said documentation.

This must include personal information (first and last name etc), type of vaccine, vaccination country and vaccination date. For a list of accepted vaccines, please click here.

Unvaccinated attendees

If you are not currently able to provide proof of vaccination, you will need to prove that you have had a recent antigen test and it was negative. To do this, you will need to take a rapid antigen test before attending the event and be issued with a temporary certificate (valid for 48 hours).

To avoid needing additional tests, you should not take your antigen test any earlier than 14:30 on 7 March 2022 to ensure your certificate is valid for the entire event.

Onsite safety measures

In addition to this, we are implementing increased hygiene protocols. Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the venue and we strongly encourage all delegates to frequently sanitize or wash their hands during the event.

In line with the Miami Dade County guidelines, masks are mandatory and must be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking.

‘No handshake’ stickers will be available to guests at the registration desk if desired.

Finally, all delegates will be informed to not attend the event if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

If you have any questions, please email us at operations@txfmedia.com
