Export finance H1 data report pt 1: Deal volumes drop by half

The export finance market failed to match the highs of the first half of 2023 in H1 this year. Both volumes and average deal size are down. Though based on the pattern of previous years, the ECA community can still turn in a respectable performance by year-end.
