JBIC and banks provide major loans for Turkmen gas-to-gasoline plant

Japanese export credit agency (ECA), the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) has teamed up with a club of Japanese banks to provide three export loans to the government of Turkmenistan for a gas-to-gasoline plant (GTG).
