The UK export credit agency (ECA), UK Export Finance (UKEF), expects to bring its first guaranteed Sukuk transaction to market in the New Year. The economic secretary to the treasury, Andrea Leadsom MP, made the announcement at the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) in Dubai.
