Travel

We strongly recommend that you check the travel requirements for entering the Netherlands before you travel. Please refer to the government website here for the most up to date information. 

Safety

Our attendees' safety at the event is our top priority and we are working hard with the venue to provide a fun and safe environment. It is essential that you bring your vaccination certificate or proof of negative test (valid for 48hrs) or recovery certificate to be admitted to the event. 

Onsite safety measures 

In addition to this, we are implementing increased hygiene protocols. Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the venue and we strongly encourage all delegates to frequently sanitise or wash their hands during the event. 

Finally, all delegates will be informed to not attend the event if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
