EQT completes acquisition of Equitrans Midstream

US natural gas producer EQT has acquired Equitrans Midstream. The deal will create a large-scale vertically integrated gas company with around $425 million in annual synergy savings. Equitrans' midstream transportation capacity will improve delivery at EQT's 4,000 drilling locations....
