Siemens secures contract at Berlin's Marzahn cogeneration project

European energy utiliy Vattenfall's gas-fired combined-cyle power project will generate 260MW of electricity and contribute 230MW of thermal capacity to the district heating network in the east side of city. Siemens has also signed a long-term service agreement.
