HAC closes on refinancing

Croatian state-owned motorway operator Hrvatske Autoceste (HAC) has refinanced €400 million ($443 million) of debt originally provided by Deutsche Bank in 2014. The new 11-year loan, which comes with a 100% government guarantee, is split between a €370 million-equivalent locally...
