Virginia issues offshore wind consultancy RFP

The Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy (DMME) has posted a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to develop a plan to position Virginia as the East Coast offshore wind supply chain and service industry location of choice. Responses are due by June 22.
