Metalloinvest announces changes to its board of directors

Russian mining and metallurgy company Metalloinvest has revealed changes to its board of directors, including Ivan Streshinsky as Chairman, Andrey Varichev as Executive Director, Galina Aglyamova as Independent Non-Executive Director, and Dmitry Tarasov as Independent Director.
