Italy’s SACE finalises guarantees for Turkey’s Star Refinery project

Italian export credit agency SACE has announced today that it is finalising its guarantee programme to support Italian companies working on the development of the Star Refinery project (Socar Turkey Aegean Refinery) in Turkey.
